They think the food is not nutritious enough.
Most of the students who we interviewed said that the food choices is too limited for them. They are from different countries around the world, and they are not satisfied with the food they have at Drexel University.
The food choices are different for different genders and nationalities.
– Most of the girls complained about the vegetable choices are limited, especially the choices from the salad bar. They also said that the kitchen rarely offer cooked vegetable.
– Boys complained that the food at dining center does not contain enough nutrition, and the food are too oily. They suggest that the dining center should offer more nuts and proteins, which provide energy for them to study in order to have a better academic performance. Also, since the food are too oily, they gained weight even if they don’t choose to eat fast food.
-Almost all of the international students are not satisfied with the limitation of Asian food. They complained that Chinese food taste the all the same, which make them doubt that all the Chinese dishes are cooked by using the same sauce. On the other hand, international students point out that there should also have more kinds of Asian food, such as Sushi, Indian food and Korean food.
