As freshmen, we came here for less than a year. We found a lot of people around us have different opinions about the food from Drexel’s dining center. Most of them think that the food at Drexel does not provide enough nutrition. Some of them like eating in Drexel dining hall, and the rest of the people don’t enjoy the food at all. The most important problem is that food choices are too limited in the dining hall. Thus, based on this issue, we did a series of investigation and research to find out the answers. During the process of investigation and research, we found a lot of information that includes scholarly articles or non-scholarly. Also, we interviewed Drexel students(local and international students) and kitchen staff. Moreover, we took pictures of food and the menu in the dining hall as well.
