Conclusion

         After many days of investigating, researching, interviewing, and collecting information, we all agreed on that the food choice at Drexel is too limited except a small amount of people think it is reasonable.

         In this blog, we show our audience some pictures that we took in the dining center. These pictures are about the environment of Hans dining center, and the food provided to students. The food in Drexel dining center everyday are almost the same as showed in the pictures.

        Another thing we have mentioned is the Freshmen 15. This phenomenon is related to our topic that we suggest Drexel dining center should provide more healthy and delicious food to help students keep fit. Students have responsibilities to themselves to live a better healthy as well. Moreover, we did some interviews with supervisors and students, and we did a survey with people at Drexel about food problem. Both interview and survey show that most of the people in Drexel feel the food is too limited and not tasty here. They hope dining center could provide different food from other countries. Some vegetarians wish that the dining center will have more food for vegetarians.

         As a result, there are three main effects if student not eating well. They are affecting academic performance, losing weight or gaining weight, and impacting school’s reputation. For these reasons, we give out our solutions: building one more dining hall, expanding the salad bar that offers more kinds of vegetables, and changing new ways to cook.

         Overall, we hope that we do this project is not only for completing an assignment, but also we can make some changes for contributing to our school and schoolmates. We hope when we send this blog to the supervisor of dining center, they will really think about this problem putting attention on it and making improvements.
